Obituary
Mrs. James Barker of 628 Margaret street died this morning at 2 o'clock at the Proctor Hospital following an illness of only six days duration. Death came as a shock in her family and many friends and the deepest sorrow to the bereaved husband and her three children. Harold 16, Elsie 14, and Albert 12. Bessie Preston Barker was born April 18, 1893. Her mother Mrs. Emma Preston of Peoria and a sister Mrs. Dewitt Stevenson of East Peoria survived. Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon from the Wilton Chapel in Peoria at 1:30 o'clock and interment will be in Parkview Cemetary.
